Paid Surveys Terms & Conditions
1. This survey platform (the "Survey Platform") is an online service provided by paidsurveys.uk.com ("Us/We/Our") wholly owned by Submission Technology Ltd whose registered office address is 3-4 Bower Terrace, Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, Kent ME16 8RY and trading address is The Beater House, Turkey Mill, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5PP, website https://paidsurveys.uk.com/ (company number 04456811).
2. To enjoy the Survey Platform, you must abide by the Rules of the Survey Platform which shall govern your use of the Survey Platform and will hereby be referred to as the “Rules”.
3. The Survey Platform enables companies of all sizes ("Participating Retailers") to survey people like you for your opinions on their goods and services ("Participating Retailer Goods/Services") in return for a small reward. You expressly agree that participation in the Survey Platform is at your own sole risk. You understand that your participation with Participating Retailers is subject to the terms and conditions of Participating Retailers and not these Rules. These Rules do not affect those of your statutory rights which cannot be amended or excluded in law and the exclusions and limitations of liability contained in them shall be construed and applied accordingly. We exclude, to the fullest extent permissible by law, all representations and warranties including as to title, fitness for purpose, merchantability and/or satisfactory quality regarding goods and/or services obtained from Participating Retailers through the Survey Platform.
4. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure advertisements are correct. We are not responsible for incorrectly advertised Participating Retailers.
5. You agree that the Survey Platform is provided on a strictly “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Survey Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error free nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Survey Platform or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through it.
6. The personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you choose to opt-in, your email address will be used to send you regular offers from the Survey Platform and Participating Retailers. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
7. You warrant to Us that whilst a participant in the Survey Platform, all the information you provide in connection with it shall be at all times true and correct to the best of your information, knowledge and belief. You are required to use the Survey Platform in an ethical manner. Providing incorrect or inaccurate information for the purpose of misleading others is committing fraud. Should we suspect your misuse of the Survey Platform, we reserve the right to terminate your Account without warning.
8. You must not misuse our system or this Site. In particular, you must not hack into, circumvent security or otherwise disrupt the operation of our system and this Site, or attempt to carry out any of the foregoing. This includes introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is or could be malicious or technologically harmful. You must not misuse any forms on the Site and any forms you submit must be a genuine enquiry.
9. You must not use or attempt to use any automated program (including, without limitation, any spider or other web crawler) to access our system or this Site. You must not use any scraping technology on the Site. Any such use or attempted use of an automated program shall be a misuse of our system and this Site. Obtaining access to any part of our system or this Site by means of any such automated programs is strictly unauthorised.
10. You are responsible for the security of your Account. From time to time, we may ask you to update your Account password as part of our security measures. Please follow the steps when asked, if you have any queries or concerns, please speak to our customer service team on Info@paid-surveys.co.uk.
11. You will not register with the Survey Platform under an identity more than once without first terminating your current registration and you will not concurrently hold more than one account opened with any partner service under any identity.
12. If We terminate your Account because of a breach by you of these Rules you agree that you will not seek to register with the Survey Platform again, whether using the same or a different identity to that under which you originally registered.
13. At any time, we reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Survey Platform, any part of it or any feature within it, and/or restrict the hours of availability of the Survey Platform without cause or liability and without your consent. Your continued use of the Survey Platform shall indicate your agreement to the amended Rules. We will notify you of any changes to these Rules but it is your responsibility to check back here regularly for updates.
14. From time to time, we run an onsite free prize draw for our members. One winner a week will be selected at random to be our Paid Surveys Winner. The winner will be entitled to a voucher worth 50GBP. The voucher will be chosen by Paid Surveys, it is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. Winners will be entered into the free draw as soon as they join the Paid Surveys mailing list. If you are a winner, we will contact you by the email address you used to sign up to the Survey Platform. You will have 7 days from the day you are selected as a winner to claim your prize. If you do not wish to be part of the draw, please contact our customer service team on Info@paid-surveys.co.uk.
15. You shall indemnify and hold us our affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense or damage (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of these rules.
16. These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them.
